摘要
莱钢型钢2×265m^2烧结混匀料配料系统通过工艺技术的优化与改进使配料系统日产混匀料能力由15000t提高到了18000t,配料能力提高了20%,混匀料中的大块杂物明显减少,配料系统沿线扬尘得到有效抑制。实现了混匀料产能和环保双提升的目标。
Through the optimization and improvement of process technology,the daily blending capacity of 2×265 m^2 sintering and blending system of Laiwu Steel is increased from 15000 t to 18000 t,and the blending capacity is increased by 20%.The material is obviously reduced,and the dust emission along the batching system is effectively suppressed.And the goal of double mixing capacity and environmental protection is achieved.
