综合机械化采煤在急倾斜厚煤层的应用

摘要 针对传统综合机械化采煤设备在急倾斜煤层开采中效率低、出产率低的问题,以3201,急倾斜工作面煤层为研究对象,就其综合机械化采煤工艺中的采煤机、刮板输送机以及液压支架的选型提出了依据原则,并根据3201工作面煤层的特征设计了对应的“三机”,为提升急倾斜煤层的开采效率奠定基础。 To solve the problems of low efficiency and low production rate of traditional comprehensive mechanized coal mining equipment in the mining of steep coal seam,taking 3201,steep coal seam as the research object,this paper puts forward the basis principle for the selection of shearer,scraper conveyor and hydraulic support in the comprehensive mechanized coal mining technology,and designs the corresponding"three machines"according to the characteristics of 3201 coal seam,laying a foundation for improving the mining efficiency of steep seam.
