低压电器用高CTI值无卤阻燃尼龙材料

摘要 以尼龙6树脂为基体,加入氢氧化镁和相关改性剂,通过双螺杆挤出机熔融共混制备了无卤阻燃尼龙材料。考察了改性氢氧化镁对PA6 UL 94阻燃性、力学性能及电绝缘性能的影响。结果表明,该复合材料具有良好的力学性能和阻燃性能。当Mg(OH)2的含量为60%时,冲击强度为18 k J/m2,弯曲强度为105 MPa,拉伸强度为68 MPa,垂直燃烧可达UL 94 V-0级,相比漏电起痕指数高达600 V。该阻燃尼龙属于环保型材料,符合欧盟等西方国家对出口电子电器产品的要求,目前,已应用于低压电器行业的断路器、浪涌保护器等产品中。 By adding Mg(OH)2 and related additives to the PA resin matris,the halogen free flame-retardant nylon were made by melt blending with a twin-screw extruder.The effect of modified magnesium hydroxide contect on the flameretardancy,mechanical and electricity insulated properties of nylon composite was investigated.The results showed that the materials had good mechanical and fire-resistant properties.When the content of Mg(OH)2 was 60%,the impact strength reached 18 kJ/m2,the flexural strength reached 105 MPa and the tensile strength reached 67 MPa,the comparaitve tracking index of material reached 600 V and the verical buring of composite reached rating of V-0.The nylon composite belongs to environment-friendly material,which met the requirements of western countries such as the European Union for the export of electronic and electrical products.At present,it had been applied to circuit breakers and surge protectors in low-voltage electric appliance industry.
