增强改性UHMWPE材料的摩擦学性能进展 被引量:1

摘要 由于超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)具有较好的力学性能和耐磨性能,其作为关节置换材料,被广泛应用于医疗领域。但是,超高分子量聚乙烯摩擦易产生磨屑,使周围组织产生不良反应,从而影响置换关节的使用寿命,因此,提高超高分子量聚乙烯的力学性能和耐磨损性能尤为重要。为了提高UHMWPE的耐磨性能,学者们在过去的十几年里做了很多尝试。文章综述了通过辐照交联、添加维生素E及填充碳纳米纤维、碳纳米管和石墨烯等方法,改善UHMWPE的力学性能和摩擦磨损性能的研究成果。同时,文章结合当前研究现状以及存在的问题,也提出了新的研究方向,在模拟真实人体环境下,磨损性能研究和几种方法协同作用增强UHMWPE等,为提高UHMWPE人工关节材料的耐磨损性能和使用寿命的研究提供了帮助。 Due to its good mechanical properties and wear resistance,ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE)is widely used as joint replacement material.However,the service life of replacement joints is reduced because the friction debris of UHMWPE cause adverse reactions to the surrounding tissues.Therefore,it’s important to improve the mechanical properties and wear resistance of UHMWPE.Researchers try a lot to improve the wear resistance of UHMWPE in the past decade.This paper reviews existing improvements made to enhance its mechanical properties and wear resistance.They include using gamma irradiation,blending vitamin E,adding filler to improve the mechanical and wear performance.Limitations of existing work and future studies are also identified in order to improve the wear resistance and service life of UHMWPE artificial joint materials.
