环三磷腈衍生物在聚合物中的阻燃应用进展 被引量:5

摘要 从环三磷腈类阻燃剂的阻燃机理、研究及其应用3个方面,对不同结构特点的环三磷腈类衍生物阻燃剂的发展进行了总结,重点介绍了含氨基、羟基、不饱和双键及硅基的环三磷腈衍生物的合成方法、发展现状及其在聚氨酯、环氧树脂、不饱和聚酯、酚醛树脂等热固性树脂中的应用,并对其发展趋势进行展望。以阻燃为目的的材料研究,及材料阻燃技术在近几年得到快速发展,已成为新材料工业体系的重要组成部分。但是,目前一些阻燃剂仍存在对环境、机体的危害性,所以,研究无毒无害、健康友好的阻燃剂变得极为重要。环三磷腈是一类以磷、氮交替为基本骨架的六元环状结构,其优异的生物安全性和较高的磷、氮含量,使其广泛应用于环保阻燃材料领域。 The flame retardant mechanism,research and application of cyclotriphosphazene flame retardants in recent years are briefly introduced.The synthetic method development status and application in polymer materials of cyclic triphosphazene derivatives containing amino groups,hydroxyl groups,unsaturated double bonds and silicon groups is emphatically introduced,and the development trend is forecasted.The research on flame retardant and the flame retardant technology of materials have been greatly developed in recent years,and it has become an important part of the new material industry system.However,some flame retardants are currently harmful to the environment and the living organisms,so it is extremely important to study non-toxic,harmless and health-friendly flame retardants.Cyclotriphosphazene is a kind of sixmembered ring structure with alternating phosphorus and nitrogen as the basic framework.It is widely used in the field of environmentally friendly flame retardant materials.
