摘要
张锡纯的《医学衷中参西录·医方·治消渴方》一篇,提出消渴多由于元气不升所致,强调"大气下陷"在发病和治疗中的地位,强调补大气,助元气;三消分治,重治中焦等。张氏治疗消渴以补气升举、滋阴润燥为主,且能收敛固涩的治疗大法,形成了具有鲜明个人特色的消渴治病模式。通过其创制的玉液汤和滋膵饮,探讨张锡纯论治消渴的主要学术特色,其学术思想为糖尿病治疗提供了宝贵的经验。
According to Zhang Xichun’s Yixue Zhongzhong Canxilu,it is proposed that consumptive thirst is mainly caused by the lack of primordial qi,emphasizing the position of“pectoral qi depression”in the pathogenesis and treatment,emphasizing the tonification of pectoral qi,the aid of primordial qi,the treatment of three types of consumptive thirst,and the treatment of middle jiao.Zhang’s treatment of consumptive thirst is mainly based on invigorating qi,nourishing yin and moistening dryness,and it can restrain the astringent treatment,forming a treatment mode with distinct personal characteristics.The main academic characteristics of Zhang’s theory on consumptive thirst were discussed through the creation of Yuye Decoction and Zixie Drink,which provided valuable experience for consumptive thirst treatment.
