张杲与《医说·药名之异》研究

Research on Zhang Gao and Differences in Drug Names of Medical Theory

张杲是新安医派的著名医家,撰有《医说》一书。此书为医史专著,对后世考镜学术源流具有重要意义。书中有"药名之异"篇,记载了许多当时常用药的异名,其中一些药物异名的记载,值得探讨研究。通过对相关文献进行比较、分析,从文学、医学两个角度进行研究,发现篇中"南威,橄榄也"一说与引书原文不符,或为笔误。"卢橘,枇杷也"一说,是由来已久的混淆。

Zhang Gao is a famous doctor of Xin’an Medical School who has written Medical Theory.This book is a medical history monograph in China.It is of great significance to the academic origin of later generations.There is an article entitled Differences of Drug Names in the book,which records many synonyms of commonly used drugs at that time,some of which are worthy of discussion and study.Through comparing and analyzing the relevant literature records,and from the perspective of literature and medicine,it is found that in the saying of“Nanwei,olive also”in this article is inconsistent with the original text of the citation book,which may be a written error.The saying of“tangerine,loquat also”,is a long-standing confusion.
