Evolution and prescription of Tuo-Fa in surgery of traditional Chinese medicine after Song Dynasty

托法是中医外科内治三大法则之一,与外科其他理论同步酝酿产生,并随着外科的发展,逐步演变而成熟,组方及作用等亦随之更替转化。宋代《圣济总录》提出了托法的名称、适应证与作用,托法正式形成。之后,金元时期,托法理论不断创新,方剂日趋丰富,得到了快速发展;明代则托法更加强调辨证用药,渐趋成熟;清代,完善及系统总结了托法,托法的发展达到了历史鼎盛。新中国成立后,规范了托法基本理论体系,进入了崭新发展时期。

Tuo-Fa(TF)is one of three internal treatment rules in surgery of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).It may rose at the same time with other surgery theories,and gradually evolved and matured with the development of surgery.In Song Dynasty,the name,indications and functions of TF were put forward in Shengji Zonglu,that indicated TF establishment.In Jin and Yuan Dynasties,the theory of TF was innovated,the prescriptions were enriched,and developed rapidly.In Ming Dynasty,it emphasized the treatment of syndrome differentiation and gradually matured.In Qing Dynasty,it was perfected and systematically summarized,the development of the TF reached the peak of its history.After the founding of the People’s Republic of China,the basic theory system of TF was standardized,and entered into the new development period.
