天花粉的临床应用及其用量探究

通过搜集古医籍及现代医家临床经验,总结出天花粉具有以下特点:用量为6~60 g。根据疾病、证型、症状寻求最佳用量,如消肿排脓治疗外科疾病(如痈、脓肿)、耳鼻喉病(如化脓性中耳炎、中耳炎等)、痤疮,为6~30 g;清热燥湿健脾治疗妇科疾病(如外阴毛囊炎、继发性闭经等),为9~30 g。根据疾病、证型及症状,配伍相应中药,如消肿排脓常配伍没药、穿山甲、金银花、白芷;生津止渴常配伍知母、黄连、石膏等。

Through the collection of ancient medical books and clinical experience of modern doctors,it is concluded that Tianhuafen(snakegourd root)has the following characteristics.The dosage is 6-60 g.According to disease,syndrome type and symptom,its dosage is 6-30 g to treat surgical diseases(such as carbuncle,abscess),otorhinolaryngologic diseases(such as suppurative otitis media,otitis media)and acne with the function of detumescence and abscess elimination;its dosage is 9-30g to treat gynecological diseases(such as vulvar folliculitis,secondary amenorrhea)with the function of clearing away heat,drying dampness and strengthening spleen.According to the disease,syndrome type and symptom,the corresponding traditional Chinese medicine should be combined,it often combines with Moyao(myrrh),Chuanshanjia(pangolin),Jinyinhua(honeysuckle),Baizhi(dahurian angelica root)to treat detumescence and purulence;it is often combines with Zhimu(common anemarrhena rhizome),Huanglian(golden thread)and Shigao(gypsum)for promoting body fluid to quench thirst.
