邵铭教授将原发性肝癌的基本病机总结为正气亏虚,肝府失调,邪毒深聚,聚而成积,认为肝癌总属本虚标实之证,坚持扶正祛邪,标本兼顾的治疗原则,提出以益气养阴,解毒抗癌作为中医药治疗肝癌的基本治法,临床强调随证加减,灵活用药,综合调治。

Professor Shao Ming summed up the basic pathogenesis of primary liver cancer as deficiency of vital energy,disorder of liver function,deep accumulation of evil and toxin.It is considered that the disease is always the syndrome of deficiency and excess.Adhere to the treatment principle of supporting the healthy and removing pathogenic factors and taking care of both tip and root.It is suggested that benefiting qi and nourishing yin,detoxifying and anticancer are the basic methods of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of liver cancer.The clinical emphasis is on adding or subtracting with syndrome,flexible medication and comprehensive treatment.
