医用臭氧注射联合补肾活血方治疗膝骨性关节炎

Clinical study of medical ozone injection combined with Bushen Huoxue Decoction in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis spondylosis

目的观察医用臭氧注射联合补肾活血方治疗膝骨性关节炎患者的临床疗效。方法将84例膝骨性关节炎患者随机分为研究组和对照组,各42例。研究组予医用臭氧注射联合补肾活血方治疗,对照组予口服氨基葡萄糖治疗;2组接受4周治疗后,比较治疗前后及随访3个月时的疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)和骨关节炎指数(WOMAC)以及基质金属蛋白酶-3(MMP-3)、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的水平,判定临床疗效。结果研究最终纳入患者78例,研究组40例,对照组38例。经4周治疗后,研究组有效率为85.00%,优于对照组的71.05(P<0.05)。研究组VAS、WOMAC评分及MMP-3、IL-2、TNF-α水平均有明显降低(P<0.01),2组治疗后及随访3个月的VAS、WOMAC评分及MMP-3、IL-2、TNF-α水平比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论医用臭氧注射联合补肾活血方治疗膝骨性关节炎患者可以取得良好的疗效,并且安全性高,效果持久。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of medical ozone injection combined with Bushen Huoxue Decoction in the treatment of patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods A total of 84 patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,42 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with medical ozone injection combined with Bushen Huoxue Decoction,and the control group was treated with oral glucosamine.After treatment for 4 weeks,the two groups were compared.Pain visual analogue scale(VAS),osteoarthritis index(WOMAC),as well as matrix metalloproteinase 3(MMP-3),interleukin 2(IL-2),tumor necrosis factor alpha,and the level of TNF-αbefore and after treatment and 3 months follow-up were compared to determine the clinical efficacy.Results The final study included 78 patients in the study,40 in the experimental group,and 38 in the control group.After 4 weeks of treatment,the effective rate in the experimental group was 85.00%,which was better than 71.05%in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of VAS and WOMAC,and the levels of MMP-3,IL-2 and TNF-αin both groups after treatment and 3 months follow-up improved(P<0.01),and those in the experimental group were significantly lower(P<0.01).Conclusion Medical ozone injection combined with Bushen Huoxue Decoction can achieve good curative effect in patients with knee osteoarthritis,and it has high safety and long-lasting effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
