参麦注射液联合尼可地尔对冠心病患者纤维蛋白原及血浆比黏度的影响 被引量:9

Effects of Shenmai injection combined with nicorandil on fibrinogen and plasma specific viscosity in patients with coronary heart disease

摘要 目的研究参麦注射液联合尼可地尔对冠心病患者的疗效。方法选择300例冠心病患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各150例。对照组口服尼可地尔,观察组在对照组的基础上静脉滴注参麦注射液。观察2组血清游离脂肪酸和高敏肌钙蛋白水平、血液流变学、心功能变化情况。结果观察组有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);2组治疗后血清游离脂肪酸和高敏肌钙蛋白水平均明显降低,观察组降低更明显(P<0.05);2组治疗后纤维蛋白原及血浆比黏度明显降低,观察组降低更明显(P<0.05);2组治疗后的LVEDD明显降低,CO和LVEF明显升高,观察组更明显(P<0.05)。结论参麦注射液联合尼可地尔能明显改善冠心病患者的血液流变学和心功能,具有较好的心肌保护作用,且有较高的安全性。 Objective To study the effect of Shenmai injection combined with nicorandil on fibrinogen and plasma specific viscosity in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 300 cases of patients with coronary heart disease were selected and divided into control group(n=150)and observation group(n=150)randomly.The control group was given nicorandil orally,while the observation group was given Shenmai injection intravenously on the basis of nicorandil orally.The changes of serum free fatty acid and high sensitivity troponin,hemorheology and cardiac function were observed.Results The effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum free fatty acids and high-sensitivity troponin in the two groups decreased significantly,especially in the observation group(P<0.05).The fibrinogen and plasma specific viscosity of the two groups were significantly decreased after treatment,especially in the observation group(P<0.05).After treatment,LVEDD decreased significantly,CO and LVEF increased significantly in both groups,especially in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shenmai injection combined with nicorandil can significantly improve the hemorheology and cardiac function of patients with coronary heart disease.It has better myocardial protection and higher safety.
