纽曼系统护理对胃癌根治术患者胃肠功能及并发症的影响

Effect of Newman system nursing on gastrointestinal function and complications of patients undergoing radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer

目的探讨纽曼系统护理对胃癌根治术患者胃肠功能的作用及并发症的影响。方法选取选取93例胃癌根治术的患者,按照入院先后顺序分为2组,对照组实施常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上给予纽曼系统护理。比较2组的胃肠功能恢复情况、疼痛评分、生活质量和并发症发生率。结果观察组首次排气时间、首次排便时间、肠鸣音恢复时间和VAS评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);2组护理后的HRQOL各维度评分均显著高于护理前,且护理后观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论纽曼系统护理可显著改善胃癌根治术患者的胃肠功能,降低并发症的发生率,显著改善患者的生活质量,值得临床借鉴。

Objective To explore the effect of Newman system nursing on gastrointestinal function and complications of radical gastrectomy.Methods A total of 93 patients were selected and divided into two groups according to the sequence of admission.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received Newman system nursing on the basis of routine nursing.Gastrointestinal function recovery,pain score,quality of life and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results The first exhaust time,first defecation time,bowel sounds recovery time and VAS score in observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the HRQOL scores in the two groups were significantly higher than before,and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Newman system nursing can significantly improve the gastrointestinal function of patients undergoing radical gastrectomy,reduce the incidence of complications and significantly improve the quality of life of patients,which is worthy of clinical reference.
