围术期系统保温在开腹手术患者加速康复外科中的应用 被引量:8

Application of perioperative systemic warming in enhanced recovery after surgery for patients undergoing open surgery

摘要 目的观察围术期系统保温对开腹手术患者术中体温变化及术后恢复期的影响。方法选取80例胃结直肠肛门外科行开腹手术的患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组采取常规保温措施,观察组采用围术期系统保温。观察2组术中、术后体温变化;麻醉苏醒期躁动、寒战、苏醒延迟的发生情况;术后首次下床活动时间及平均住院日。结果 2组在术中和术后体温对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组麻醉苏醒期寒战、躁动、苏醒延迟的发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后首次下床活动时间、平均住院日与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论围术期系统保温能有效维持开腹手术患者术中、术后正常体温,减少苏醒期并发症的发生率,缩短了开腹手术患者的平均住院日,在开腹手术患者快速康复外科中发挥了积极作用。 Objective To observe the effect of perioperative systemic warming on intraoperative temperature changes and postoperative recovery period in patients undergoing open surgery.Methods A total 80 patients with open surgery in the stomach and colorectal anus surgery were selected,and randomly divided into observation group(n=40)and control group(n=40).The control group used routine insulation measures,and the observation group used perioperative systemic insulation.The changes of body temperature during and after operation;the occurrence of agitation,chills,and wake-up delay during anesthesia recovery;the time of first time to get out of bed after surgery and the average hospitalization day in the two groups were observed.Results There was significant difference in body temperature between the two groups during and after operation(P<0.05);and the incidence of chills,restlessness and delayed recovery in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The time of getting out of bed for the first time and the average hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly different from those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Perioperative systemic warming can effectively maintain the normal temperature of patients during and after laparotomy,reduce the incidence of recovery complications,shorten the average hospital stay of patients undergoing laparotomy,and play an active role in the enhanced recovery after surgery of patients undergoing laparotomy.
