委中穴刺络拔罐配合腰部中药塌渍治疗急性腰扭伤疼痛的效果观察

Treatment of acute lumbar sprain pain by pricking blood and cupping at Weizhong combined with Chinese materia medica collapse stains

目的采用委中穴刺络拔罐配合腰部中药塌渍对急性腰扭伤所引起的疼痛的治疗效果进行观察。方法 选取64例急性腰扭伤后导致疼痛的患者分为2组,治疗组在委中穴刺络拔罐并配合腰部中药塌渍,对照组只进行单纯的中药塌渍治疗,观察患者疼痛的变化,评价其疗效。结果 2组疼痛评分得到明显改善,且治疗组较对照组更为明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组的总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论委中穴刺络拔罐配合腰部中药塌渍疗法对急性腰扭伤后导致疼痛具有较好的临床疗效,且疗效优于单纯中药塌渍治疗。

Objective To Observe the therapeutic effect by the method of Weizhong(BL40)pricking blood and cupping combined with Chinese materia medica collapsing at the waist to treat the pain caused by acute lumbar sprain.Methods A total of 64 patients with pain caused by acute lumbar sprain were selected and divided into two groups.The treatment group was treated with pricking blood and cupping at Weizhong and combined with Chinese materia medica collapse at the waist,while the control group only received simple Chinese materia medica stain collapse treatment.The changes of patients’pain were observed and its efficacy was evaluated.Results The pain scores of both treatment groups were significantly improved,and the treatment group was more significant than the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Weizhong pricking blood and cupping combined with Chinese materia medica on the waist has a better clinical effect on the pain caused by acute lumbar sprain,and the effect is better than that of simple Chinese materia medica.
