改良冲洗器联合医用射线防护喷剂和重组人表皮生长因子在宫颈癌放疗护理中的临床应用

Clinical application of improved douching device combined with medical radiation protection spray and human epidermal growth factor in the nursing of cervical cancer patients with radiotherapy

目的探讨改良冲洗器联合医用射线防护喷剂和重组人表皮生长因子在宫颈癌放疗护理中的临床应用。方法 2016年10月-2017年10月在吉林大学中日联谊医院放疗科接受外照射联合近距离放疗的局部晚期宫颈癌患者60例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各30例。观察组采用改良冲洗器,直接在阴道进行冲洗,并在冲洗后将MRPS和rhEGF两种药置于阴道内;对照组利用传统一次性灌肠袋冲洗,经窥阴器撑开阴道进行冲洗。比较2组的阴道炎、盆腔感染、阴道壁损伤、出血、阴道粘连和宫腔积液发生率以及患者对冲洗操作的舒适度调查结果。结果观察组的阴道炎、盆腔感染、阴道壁损伤、出血、阴道粘连和宫腔积液发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组对阴道冲洗操作舒适度结果优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论改良冲洗器冲洗更彻底,有效缓解患者疼痛,增加舒适感;MRPS和rhEGF的联合应用可降低宫颈癌患者放疗后并发症发病率,是宫颈癌根治性放射治疗护理的必要措施。

Objective To observe the clinical application of improved douching device combined with medical radiation protection spray(MRPS)and recombinant human epidermal growth factor(rhEGF)in the nursing of cervical cancer patients with radiotherapy.Methods A total of 60 cases of patients with advanced cervical cancer were selected and randomly divided into two groups,namely observation group and control group,40 cases per group.The observation group received the improved douching device combined with MRPS and rhEGF,and the control group was flushed with traditional one-time enema bag and vaginal speculum.The incidence of vaginitis,pelvic infection,vaginal wall injury,bleeding,vaginal adhesions and endometrial cavity fluid were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of vaginitis,pelvic infection,vaginal wall injury,bleeding,vaginal adhesion and endometrial cavity fluid in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The comfort of vaginal flushing in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The improved douching device is more thorough,which can effectively relieve the pain and increase the comfort of the patients.Combined application of MRPS and rhEGF can reduce the incidence rate of complications after radiotherapy for cervical cancer,and is a necessary measure for radical radiotherapy of cervical cancer.
