摘要
为降低阿维菌素生产成本,尝试在阿维菌素发酵培养基中使用玉米浆部分替代黄豆饼粉。以120 m3发酵罐黄豆饼粉用量的25%为替代基准,运用L9(34)拟水平正交试验,对相关培养基组成进行优化,得到质量浓度分别为玉米浆3.1 g/L,黄豆饼粉21 g/L,淀粉174 g/L。在100 L生物反应器上,对优化后的培养基配方与原配方做平行验证,结果显示:对发酵效价没有显著性影响(p=0.96);在设计替代水平下,可以降低阿维菌素生产成本。
In order to reduce the production cost of avermectin,we try to use corn syrup to partially replace the soybean cake powder in the abamectin fermentation medium.Using 25%of the soybean meal powder in the 120 m 3 fermentation tank as an alternative feedstock,the L 9(34)orthogonal test was used to optimize the composition of the relevant medium and 3.1 g/L of corn pulp,21 g/L of soybean meal powder,and 174 g/L of starch were obtained.On the 100 L bioreactor,the optimized medium formula was tested in parallel with the original formula.The results showed that corn steep liquor partially replaced by soybean meal powder had no significant effect on fermentation titer(p=0.96).At the level of design substitution,corn steep liquor partially replaces soy flour,which can reduce the production cost of avermectin.
