摘要
为了解决机械搅拌通风发酵罐的传质问题,减少在氨基酸发酵补料过程中因传质条件不好引起的局部底物质量浓度不均匀,进而造成发酵控制水平下降问题。笔者设计了一种新型的发酵罐喷雾补料装置,高压高速的无菌空气将补加料液喷射成雾状进入发酵罐,可以有效提高发酵罐传质能力,并对2T发酵罐改造,通过测定混合效果和大肠杆菌发酵L-酪氨酸实验,验证了该装置的可行性,该装置可以将发酵罐的传质能力提高20%~23.3%。
In order to solve the mass transfer problem of mechanical agitation ventilation fermenter,the local substrate mass concentration caused by the poor mass transfer conditions during the amino acid fermentation feeding process is reduced,which further causes the problem of the reduction of the fermentation control level.In this thesis a new type of fermenter fed spraying device is designed.The sterile air with pressure and higher speed was injected into a mist mixed by feeding medium into the fermentor,which can improve the mass transfer of the fermenter,In addition the 2T transformation fermenter was remodeled,after determination of mass transfer and experimentson E.coli fermentation producing L-tyrosine The experimental results verified the feasibility of the apparatus and showed that the device improved the mass transfer capacity of the fermenter by 20%~23.3%.
