磁共振3D-SPACE序列与3D-FIESTA序列用于位听神经成像的比较 被引量:1

摘要 在人体十二对颅神经中,发生肿瘤最多的是位听神经[1]。位听神经的行程大部分位于骨内,所以临床对各种原因导致的位听神经疾病的病因诊断较困难。近年来,随着科技发展,MRI 3D成像技术也更加成熟,可以利用其优势进行位听神经的成像,图像分辨率及信噪比显著提高[2]。当需要明确位听神经肿瘤与周围结构的位置关系时或者疑诊听力损伤、眩晕、急性感染、发育畸形等,可以采用3D序列进行MRI成像辅助临床诊断。
