面向城市数据画像构建的多源数据需求与融合方法研究

Multi-source Information Need and Data Fusion Methods Oriented to the Construction of City Profile

[目的/意义]随着城市大数据规模和类型特征日益复杂与丰富,智慧城市建设的关键不再是基础信息设施,而是面向城市多源数据的融合及应用服务。[方法/过程]文章以城市物理、社会及信息三元世界下多源数据为研究对象,以城市多源数据融合对利用智慧数据呈现城市全景数字脉络的城市数据画像构建流程的支持与服务为研究目标,首先通过剖析城市数据画像构建路径明确融合框架;然后进一步展开城市数据画像数据内容及特征需求分析,并以霍尔三维模型为指导构建出城市数据画像智慧数据需求模型;从而自底向上地刻画出城市多源数据分层融合过程及其具体策略与融合规则,最后以典型应用场景描绘出城市数据画像多源智慧数据汇聚关联的服务设想。[结果/结论]研究体现出多源数据融合对城市数据画像构建的协同创新支持作用,对智慧城市下以多源大数据共享和关联为驱动力的智慧数据转化和智慧服务生态建设具有重要的现实价值与战略意义。

[Purpose/significance]With the increasing complexity and richness of the type and scale of urban big data,the key to the construction of smart cities is no longer the information infrastructure,but the fusion and application of urban multi-source data.[Method/process]Relying on the research object of multi-source data in cooperative physical,social and cyber world,this paper aims to support the construction of city profile which provides a panoramic view of the digital city by smart data through data fusion.First of all,a data fusion framework is proposed by analyzing the construction process of city profile.Then,we develop the demands of city profile both from data content and characteristics,thus,a smart data demand model of city profile is constructed based on Hall’s Three-dimensional Model.Accordingly,specific strategies and rules are put forward in hierarchical process of urban multi-source data fusion with the bottom-up design.Finally,the feasible application of multi-source data fusion service of city profile is described with typical application scenarios.[Result/conclusion]The research shows that multi-source data fusion plays a synergistic and innovative supporting role in the construction of city profile and other smart ecology driven by multi-source sharing and association of smart data in smart cities.
