摘要
随着石油等传统能源的不断开采,能源枯竭和环境污染问题已经成为制约人类社会发展的重要因素。电动汽车减轻了对化石能源的依赖,是汽车行业发展的新方向。电池电子部件的主要功能是监控电池的电压、温度信息,延长电池的使用寿命,保证车辆安全健康的行驶。遵循功能安全法规ISO26262的要求,从电池电子部件的开发需求和边界条件定义着手,通过对系统功能失效模式和后果的分析,设定功能安全目标,并制定故障诊断失效保护策略。根据设计的功能安全目标,进行电池电子部件的软件、硬件设计,搭建实验平台,进行软硬件测试,验证系统设计的正确性和鲁棒性。
With the continuous exploitation of traditional energy sources such as oil,the problem of energy depletion and environmental pollution has become an important factor restricting the development of human society.Electric vehicles have reduced their dependence on fossil energy and are becoming a new development trend of the automotive industry.The main function of the battery electronic components is to monitor the voltage and temperature information of the battery,extend the service life of the battery,and ensure safe and healthy driving of the vehicle.Following the requirements of the functional safety regulations ISO26262 and starting from the development requirements and boundary conditions of battery electronic components,this paper sets functional safety objectives and develops fault diagnosis and failure protection strategies through the analysis of system failure modes and consequences.According to the designed functional safety objectives,the software and hardware of the battery electronic is designed and the experimental platform is built.The hardware and software tests are carried out to verify the correctness and robustness of the system design.
