胎盘部位滋养细胞肿瘤临床病理特点分析

Clinical Characteristics of Placental Site Trophoblastic Tumour

目的:分析胎盘部位滋养细胞肿瘤(PSTT)的临床病理特征。方法:统计分析广东省妇幼保健院妇科5年间收治的3例PSTT患者的临床资料。结果:1例患者经化疗后痊愈,4年后顺产1健康婴儿;1例患者予全子宫切除及化疗联合治疗后痊愈;1例患者予全子宫切除及化疗联合治疗后失败,以死亡告终。结论:PSTT临床表现缺乏特异性,病理免疫诊断是确诊的金标准,临床应采取个体化治疗原则。

Objective:To analyze the clinicopathological features of placental site trophoblastic tumor(PSTT).Methods:Three patients were diagnosed as PSTT in five years in Guangdong Women and Children Hospital of Gynecology.The history,clinical features,examination,lab test,treatment,and outcome of three cases were collected and studied.Results:One patient was cured by chemotherapy,and had a healthy baby delivered vaginally after 4 years.The other patient was cured by chemotherapy and hysterectomy.Another patient was dead,though treated by chemotherapy and hysterectomy.Conclusion:The clinical manifestations of PSTT lack specificity,by diagnosed of immunohistochemistry,and adopting individual treatment in clinical.
