基于TBM施工的扰动程度预测模型初探

摘要 针对目前TBM施工过程中扰动程度研究的不足,通过TBM隧道施工过程中的掘进参数和地质、岩体参数的统计分析,提出了一种关于扰动程度D的定量模型。结果表明:贯入度指数FPI、掘进比能SE组合参数分别与UCS和GSI有较好的相关性;通过TBM掘进参数(ROP)和岩体参数(单轴抗压强度UCS和地质强度指数GSI),可快速量化评价不同围岩洞段的施工扰动程度D,为相关岩爆地质灾害的实时评判体系提供切实可行的思路。 Aiming at the shortage of the present research on D during the construction of the TBM tunnel,a quantitative model of disturbance degree D was proposed based on statistical analysis of the TBM parameters,geological and rockmass parameters.It was shown that the combined parameters of penetration index FPI and specific energy SE have good correlation with UCS and GSI respectively.The disturbance factor D was evaluated quickly and quantitatively based on TBM performance(the rate of penetration ROP)and geotechnical parameters(uniaxial compressive strength UCS and geological strength index GSI),which provided a practical idea for the real-time evaluation system of the relative rockburst geological disasters.
