专任教师视角下线上协同研修共同体的实践研究

教师专业发展一直以来都是教育界的热点问题,随着信息技术的不断进步,研修方式也是千变万化,从原来的校本研修转型为网络研修,网络研修不仅顺应时代,更利于教师和学生的全面发展,笔者主要针对线上协同研修共同体,做出了文献综述,并通过实践、调查、分析和总结为该研修模式的发展提出了自己的建议,希望对后续研究者有所帮助。

Teacher professional development has always been a hot issue of education,along with the advance of information technology,the research way is also,from the original school-based research transformation for the network training,network training not only adapt to changing times,more conducive to the all-round development of teachers and students,the author focuses on online collaborative research community,made a literature review,and through the practice,investigation,analysis and summary to the development of the training mode put forward its own Suggestions,hope to be helpful to the further research.
