摘要
通过分析学校原有的烹饪专业人才培养模式的不足,以被教育部遴选为首批现代学徒制试点单位为契机,探究适应我校现代学徒制人才培养模式,并分享所取的阶段性成果。
As our school(Xiamen Industrial-Commercial&Tourism School)has been firstly selected to launch the modern apprenticeship by the Ministry of Education,this paper explores the new personnel training mode to fit our school's modern apprenticeship,by analyzing the shortcomings in the original training mode of our cooking major.The initial results that have been achieved are also issued and summarized.
