孕期瑜伽训练对产后盆底肌功能恢复的影响

Effect of yoga training during pregnancy on the recovery of postpartum pelvic floor muscle function

目的探讨孕期瑜伽训练对产后盆底肌功能恢复的影响,为孕期体力锻炼提供指导性建议。方法选择2018年7月至2019年5月于我院产科门诊就诊的116例孕妇作为研究对象,随机将其等分为观察组与对照组。对照组实施常规孕期体力锻炼宣教,观察组在对照组基础上制定孕期瑜伽锻炼计划进行锻炼,比较两组生产方式、第二产程时间、盆底肌评分和产后盆底脏器脱垂、压力性尿失禁情况。结果两组阴道顺产率、第二产程时长比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组产后42 d盆底脏器脱垂率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组产妇产后盆底肌肌力高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组产妇在产褥期压力性尿失禁发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论孕期瑜伽训练可提高阴道顺产率、缩短第二产程时间,提高盆底肌力,降低盆腔脏器脱垂、压力性尿失禁发生率,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of yoga training during pregnancy on the recovery of postpartum pelvic floor muscle function,and to provide guidance for physical exercise during pregnancy.Methods We selected 116 pregnant women who were treated in the obstetrics clinic of our hospital from July 2018 to May 2019 as the study objects,and they were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group.The control group implemented routine pregnancy physical exercise and education,and the observation group developed a yoga training plan during pregnancy based on the control group to compare the delivery methods,the second stage of labor,pelvic floor muscle scores and postpartum pelvic organ prolapse and stress urinary incontinence.Results There was a statistically significant difference in the vaginal eutocia rate and the duration of the second stage of labor between the two groups(P<0.05),the rate of pelvic organ prolapse of the pelvic floor organs in the observation group after 42 days was lower than that that of the control group(P<0.05),the postpartum pelvic muscle strength in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence rate of stress urinary incontinence of pregnant women in the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Yoga training during pregnancy can improve vaginal eutocia rate,shorten the second stage of labor,increase pelvic floor muscle strength,and reduce the incidence rate of pelvic organ prolapse and stress urinary incontinence.It was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
