图片交班工作制度在压力性损伤患者管理中的应用

Application of pictorial shifting working system in the management of patients with stress injury

目的探讨图片交班制度在压力性损伤患者管理中的作用,并明确该方法较常规交班方式是否存在优越性。方法将2018年1—6月本科室收治带入压力性损伤的患者54例设为对照组,将2018年7月至2019年3月本科室收治带入压力性损伤的患者57例设为观察组,对照组采用常规交班方式,观察组采用图片交班工作制度。比较实施前后护士压力性损伤知识水平、两组患者压力性损伤护理措施的落实率及出院时压力性损伤部位预后情况。结果实施图片交班制度后科室护士压力性损伤知识水平评分高于实施前(P<0.05);观察组压力性损伤护理措施落实率高于对照组(P<0.05),压力性损伤预后效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用图片交接班制度可提高护士的压力性损伤知识水平,促进压力性损伤护理措施的落实,提高带入压力性损伤的好转率。

Objective To explore the role of pictorial shifting system in the management of patients with stress injury,and to determine whether this method has advantages over conventional shift methods.Methods We selected 54 cases of patients with stress injury admitted to the our department from January to June 2018 to set as a control group,and 57 cases of patients with stress injury admitted to the our department from July 2018 to March 2019 to set as an observation group,and the control group adopted the regular shifting method,and the observation group adopted the pictorial shifting working system.The knowledge level of the nurses'stress injury before and after implementation,the implementation rate of stress injury nursing measures for patients of the two groups,and the prognosis of the stress injury site at discharge were compared.Results After implementing the pictorial shifting system,the knowledge level score of the nurses'stress injury was higher than that before the implementation(P<0.05).The implementation rate of stress injury nursing measures in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The prognosis effect of the stress injury in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the pictorial shifting system can improve the nurse's stress injury knowledge level,promote the implementation of stress injury nursing measures,and improve the rate of improvement of stress injury.
