优化急救护理流程在百草枯中毒患者救治中的应用

Application of optimizing emergency nursing procedure in the rescue of patients undergoing paraquat poisoning

目的将优化后急救护理流程应用于百草枯中毒患者的抢救,探讨其对抢救时间、并发症发生率的影响。方法择取我院2016年2月至2019年1月收治的百草枯中毒患者60例作为研究对象,按数字奇偶法均分为对照组与研究组,对照组进行常规急救护理,研究组进行优化急救流程护理,比较两组中毒评估时间、静脉通道建立时间、洗胃时间、灌流时间以及激素静滴时间、抢救成功率与死亡率。结果研究组抢救成功率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组中毒评估时间、静脉通道建立时间、洗胃时间、灌流时间以及激素静滴时间均较对照组明显缩短(P<0.05)。结论优化百草枯中毒急救护理流程,可明显提高抢救成功率,缩短抢救时间,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To apply the optimized emergency nursing procedure to the rescue of patients undergoing paraquat poisoning,and to discuss its impact on rescue time and incidence rate of complications.Methods We selected 60 cases of patients with paraquat poisoning treated in our hospital from February 2016 to January 2019 as the study objects,and they were divided into a control group and a study group according to the digital parity method.The control group received routine emergency care and the study group conducted the optimized the emergency nursing procedure to compare the poisoning evaluation time,establishment time of venous channel,time of gastric lavage,perfusion time,hormone instillation time,success rate of rescue and mortality of the two groups.Results The success rate of rescue in the study group was obviously higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The poisoning evaluation time,establishment time of venous channel,time of gastric lavage,perfusion time and hormone instillation time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of optimizing the emergency nursing procedure for paraquat poisoning can significantly improve the success rate of rescue and shorten the rescue time,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
