摘要
提供优质的电力服务、提高供电可靠性、减少客户平均停电时间,是电力企业的业务重点。因此,分析导致停电的各种原因,提出了“一线一策”的实践客户“零停电”的管理策略,实现了检修任意设备用户无需停电的理念,有效提升了供电可靠性,减少了客户平均停电时间,取得了良好的指标收益和社会效益。
Providing high-quality power service,improving power supply reliability and reducing the average blackout time of customers are the business priorities of power enterprises.This paper analyses various causes leading to blackouts,and puts forward the management strategy of“zero blackouts”for practical customers based on“oneline-one-policy”,realizes the idea of no blackouts for users of overhauling arbitrary equipment,effectively improves the reliability of power supply,reduces the average blackout time of customers,and achieves good target benefits and social benefits.
