The integrated construction management system of power grid infrastructure projects is a further upgrade based on the original management mechanism,and by further controlling the key management objectives such as construction progress,cost and quality according to the specific characteristics and conditions of the power grid infrastructure project.First of all,this paper briefly introduces the specific characteristics of the integrated management system of power grid infrastructure projects,analyzes the shortcomings in the integrated construction management process of the current power grid infrastructure project,and finally puts forward some relevant suggestions for reference.
