摘要 医务人员是救治新冠肺炎病人和防控疫情的主力军,这对医院的医务人员配置和管理提出了更高的要求。该文针对疫情期间人员调配和管理暴露的应急管理机制不健全、团队配合不及时等问题,提出健全管理机制、发挥党团作用,整合并科学调配人力资源,同时加强日常培训和演练,平战结合,提高科室间协同和配合,能有效应对疫情,发挥医务人员最大工作效能。 Medical staff is the main force for the treatment of patients with COVID-19.The outbreak of COVID-19 has raised higher requirements for the deployment and management of medical staff.In response to the problems of unsound emergency management mechanism and untimely team coordination during personnel deployment and management exposure during the COVID-19 epidemic,it is proposed to improve the management mechanism,play the role of the Party and the Communist Party,integrate and scientifically deploy human resources,and at the same time strengthen daily training and drills,peacetime Combination,improve the coordination and cooperation between the departments,in order to effectively respond to the epidemic,and maximize the effectiveness of medical staff.
