摘要 新时期以来,随着人们对于医疗卫生服务需求的增加,对于医院也提出了更多要求,医院信访出现了一些新的特征。该文分析了医院信访工作的特点和新时期医院信访工作的变化,深入分析了新时期医院信访变化的原因,并结合医院实际提出了提升医院信访处置能力的几点建议。 Since the new era,with the growth of people's demand for medical and health services,more requirements have been put forward for hospitals,and some new characteristics have emerged in hospital petition.This study analyzes the characteristics of hospital petition work,and makes an in-depth discussion on the changes of the petition work in hospitals in the new period,carefully analyzes the reasons for the changes of the petition work in hospitals in the new period,and puts forward measures to improve the handling capacity of the petition work in hospitals in combination with the actual situation of hospitals.
