CO2激光联合干扰素治疗尖锐湿疣的临床观察

Observation on the clinical effects of CO2 laser therapy combined with interferon for the patients with condyloma acuminatum

目的:探讨CO2激光联合干扰素肌肉注射治疗尖锐湿疣的有效性和安全性。方法:选择铜陵市疾控中心医疗部收治的尖锐湿疣患者74例,随机分为两组,每组37例。对照组患者采用CO2激光治疗,治疗组患者采用CO2激光联合肌肉注射干扰素治疗,比较两组患者的复发率。结果:治疗组患者的4周复发率为21.88%,显著低于对照组的48.48%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:CO2激光联合干扰素肌肉注射治疗尖锐湿疣疗效优于单纯CO2激光治疗,安全性好。

Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of CO2 laser combined with interferon intramuscular injection for condyloma acuminatum.Methods:A total of 74 cases with condyloma acuminata admitted to the Medical Department of Tongling Municipal Center for Disease Control&Prevention were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with CO2 laser.The treatment group was treated with CO2 laser and intramuscular injection of interferon.The recurrence rate was compared between the two groups.Results:The recurrence rate of the treatment group was 21.88%,which was significantly lower than that of the control group(48.48%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:CO2 laser combined with interferon intramuscular injection for the treatment of condyloma acuminatum is better than CO2 laser alone,and it is safe.
