慢阻肺伴急性呼吸衰竭治疗中无创呼吸机的作用

The effect of noninvasive ventilator in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with acute respiratory failure failure

目的:探讨慢阻肺合并急性呼吸衰竭患者以无创呼吸机展开治疗后的临床应用效果。方法:选取医院收治的120例慢阻肺合并急性呼吸衰竭患者作为研究对象,其中60例对照组行常规治疗,60例观察组行无创呼吸机展开治疗,探究患者临床应用影响。结果:观察组患者的治疗有效率高于对照组,观察组患者的有创通气率明显高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:慢阻肺合并急性呼吸衰竭以无创呼吸机展开治疗,临床效果显著,值得推广。

Objective:To investigate the clinical application of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and acute respiratory failure after non-invasive ventilator deployment.Methods:120 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and acute respiratory failure admitted to our department were selected as subjects.60 patients in the control group received routine treatment and 60 patients in the observation group.The noninvasive ventilator was deployed to explore the clinical application of the patient.Results:the effective rate of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group.The invasive ventilation rate and mortality rate of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease combined with acute respiratory failure is treated with non-invasive ventilator.The clinical effect is significant and worthy of promotion.
