中药漱口液治疗复发性口腔溃疡临床疗效观察

Clinical observation on treatment of recurrent oral ulcer with chinese herbal medicine

目的:探讨中药漱口液治疗复发性口腔溃疡的临床疗效。方法:选取医院收治的复发性口腔溃疡患者100例,将其随机分配为对照组和治疗组,治疗组患者采用中药漱口液治疗,对照组患者实施口服博美欣加患处涂抹碘甘油治疗,对比分析两组患者临床疗效及治疗后6个月的复发率。结果:治疗组患者的疗效明显优于对照组,复发率也低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:治疗组疗效显著,中药漱口液对治疗复发性口腔溃疡有较高临床价值,值得推广应用。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine mouthwash in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer.Methods:One hundred patients with recurrent oral ulcer admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group.The treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine mouthwash.The control group was treated with oral Pomerol plus iodine glycerol.The clinical efficacy of the patients and the recurrence rate at 6 months after treatment.Results:the treatment group was significantly better than the control group,and the recurrence rate of the treatment group was also lower than the control group,the difference between the two groups(P<0.05)was statistically significant.Conclusion:The curative effect of the treatment group is significant.The traditional Chinese medicine gargle has a high clinical value for the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer,which is worthy of popularization and application.
