从隐性课程视角谈对妇产科规范化培训医师的人文关怀

摘要 妇产科学因其学科、医患的特殊性,在规范化培训时除培养住院医师的专业能力外,更应关注教育者对年轻住院医师的人文关怀,使其身心健康成长,并培养其人文关怀素质。该文从隐性课程视角,探讨教育者在理论学习、临床实践和精神建设三个方面对妇产科住院医师的人文关怀及其教育。认为通过积极的隐性课程能够在潜移默化中使住院医师树立正确的行为规范和价值观,实现人文关怀素质的提高。 Due to the specialty of obstetrics and gynecology and doctor-patient,in the standardized training,in addition to cultivating the humanistic care ability of resident physicians,more attention should be paid to the humanistic care of educators for young residents,so as to make them grow healthily both physically and mentally.Therefore,from the perspective of hidden curriculum,this paper discusses the humanistic care of educators in theoretical learning,clinical practice and spiritual construction for residents in department of obstetrics and gynecology.Positive hidden curriculum can help resident doctors to establish correct behavior norms and values and improve humanistic care ability.
