Perioperative nursing experience of hysterectomy for adenomyosis

目的:探讨子宫腺肌症全子宫切除术围手术期护理方法及效果。方法:以112例子宫腺肌症全子宫切除术患者为研究对象,按照护理方式的不同均分为观察组(56例)和对照组(56例),观察组与对照组患者分别采用围手术期针对性护理措施和常规护理干预措施。结果:观察组患者的护理满意度和护理有效率均显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于子宫腺肌症患者而言,需要在常规护理的基础上给予专门的围手术期护理,从不同层面出发进行护理,整体效果较好,满意度高,效果显著,具备临床推广实用价值。

Objective:To analyze the perioperative nursing methods and effects of hysterectomy for adenomyosis.Methods:a total of 112 patients with adenomyosis undergoing hysterectomy were enrolled in the study.According to the different nursing methods,they were divided into observation group(56 cases)and control group(56 cases).Perioperative targeted nursing measures and routine nursing interventions were used in the observation group and the control group respectively,to compare the effects.Results:the nursing satisfaction and nursing efficiency of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group.the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:for patients with adenomyosis,special perioperative care should be given on the basis of routine nursing.Care should be taken from different levels.The overall effect is good,the satisfaction is high,the effect is remarkable,and it has practical value for clinical promotion.
