Objective:To explore the preventive effect of intensive neuromuscular electrical stimulation combined with swallowing function on aspiration pneumonia in patients with swallow dysfunction after cerebral infarction.Methods:90 patients from patients with swallowing dysfunction after cerebral infarction admitted were enrolled in the study.they were randomly divided into control group and observation group,45 cases each. The control group received routine rehabilitation care, and the observation group performed enhanced neuromuscular electrical stimulation combined with swallowing function on the basis of the control group. Results:The SSA score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The incidence of aspiration pneumonia in the observation group, which was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Strengthening neuromuscular electrical stimulation combined with swallowing function can promote the recovery of swallowing function in patients with swallow dysfunction after cerebral infarction, and can also reduce the occurrence of aspiration pneumonia, which is worth promoting.
