急性阑尾炎患儿家长心理状况对患儿术后康复的影响

Effect of parents'psychological state on postoperative recovery of children with acute appendicitis

目的:探讨急性阑尾炎患儿发病时家长的心理状态以及其对患儿术后康复的影响。方法:选择某医院小儿外科收治的急性阑尾炎患儿110例,根据随机数表法将其随机分为干预和对照组,各55例,对照组患儿采用小儿外科常规护理进行围术期护理干预,干预组患儿在常规护理干预基础上,对家长进行临床心理护理干预,比较两组患儿家长焦虑心理状况及患儿术后平均住院时间、住院费用等指标。结果:患儿家长普遍存在焦虑心理,通过干预,患儿家长的焦虑心理状况均获得改善(P<0.05),干预组患儿术后疼痛评分、平均住院时间、平均住院费用、护理满意度等指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:急性阑尾炎患儿家长的焦虑心理会影响患儿的术后康复,临床中关注患儿的疾病状况的同时,应关注患儿家长的心理状况,提高其自我护理及应对能力,促进患儿术后康复。

Objective:To explore the psychological state of parents of children with acute appendicitis and its influence on the rehabilitation of children after operation.Method:110 cases of children with acute appendicitis admitted to the pediatric surgery department of a first-class hospital in Anhui province were selected.According to the random number table,55 cases were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group.The control group adopted pediatric surgical care routine for perioperative nursing intervention,and the intervention group of children on the basis of routine nursing intervention,and the parents of clinical psychological nursing intervention,children's parents anxiety status and postoperative average length of stay,hospitalization costs and other indicators of the two groups were compared.Result:Anxiety is common among parents of children.Through intervention,the anxiety of parents of children was improved(P<0.05).Comparison of indicators including postoperative pain score,average length of stay,average hospitalization cost and nursing satisfaction in the intervention group was all P<0.05.Conclusion:The anxiety of parents of children with acute appendicitis will affect the recovery of children after operation.While paying attention to the disease status of children in clinic,we should pay attention to the psychological status of parents of children,improve their self-care and coping ability,and promote the recovery of children after operation.
