摘要
空冷器具有节能减排、经济效益突出的优点,在国内外诸多缺水地区具有广泛应用。考虑到空冷器钢结构作为核心支撑部件,对整个设备的抗风效果、抗震效果等有直接影响,相应空冷器构架的设计必须引起足够重视度。新时期,空冷器钢结构的设计工作逐渐完善,大跨度构架支撑的应用日趋增多,相应的构架载荷设计工作难度增加。文章针对钢结构构架的设计应用进行了详细探讨,结合受力模型、内力计算等进行了分析,提出构架设计的重点注意事项。
Air cooler has the advantages of energy saving,emission reduction and outstanding economic benefits,so it is widely used in many water shortage areas at home and abroad.Considering that the air cooler steel structure,as the core supporting component,has a direct impact on the wind resistance and seismic effect of the whole equipment,enough attention must be paid to the design of the corresponding air cooler frame.In the new period,the design of steel structure of air cooler is gradually improved,the application of long-span frame support is increasing,and the corresponding frame load design is more difficult.In this paper,the design and application of steel frame is discussed in detail,and combined with force model and internal force calculation,several key points for attention in frame design are put forward.
