摘要
无损检测作为一种不损伤材料和零部件使用性能的检测技术在飞机复合材料构件修理中具有重要意义。文章介绍了适用于飞机复合材料构件的无损检测技术,对其在飞机修理检测中应用的优势、适用范围以及原因进行探讨。结果表明,结合实际检测的各种环境,检测方式在选择上受到各种限制,所以未来的趋势是多种检测技术对复合材料构件损伤进行综合评判以及新技术的工程化应用。
Nondestructive testing(NDT)as a nondestructive testing technique for the performance of materials and parts has important significance in the repair of aircraft composite components.This paper introduces the NDT technology for aircraft composite components,and discusses its application advantage,application scope and causes in aircraft repair and testing.The results show that the detection method is limited in the selection of various environments,so the future trend is to comprehensively evaluate the damage of composite components by a variety of detection technologies and the engineering application of new technologies.
