摘要
人力资源管理主要是依靠经济学的理论知识体现出以人为本的管理理念,通过在社会上进行人员的招聘,并进行相应培训,支付其报酬等。在大数据时代,企业内部也必须要根据时代发展的潮流对现有的企业模式进行一定的变革,以适应社会时代的发展需求。论文从现有企业人力资源管理存在的问题出发,针对性地提出相应的意见,以改善现有的人力资源管理模式。
Human resources management mainly relies on the theoretical knowledge of economics to reflect the people-oriented management concept,through the recruitment of personnel in the society,carrying out corresponding training and paying them remuneration and so on.In the era of big data,enterprises also need to change the existing enterprise mode according to the development trend of the times,so as to meet the development needs of the social era.Starting from the existing problems of human resources management in enterprises,this paper puts forward corresponding suggestions to improve the existing human resources management mode.
