突发性环境污染事故的应急监测思考

Reflections on the Emergency Monitoring of Sudden Environmental Pollution Accidents

突发性环境污染事故常常具有突然性、不确定性、危险性、紧急性等特点,一旦应急监测工作开展不及时,则会导致突发性污染事故严重发展,给人们造成更为巨大的生命财产损失,不利于社会稳定发展,社会效益、经济效益以及生态效益都难以得到有效保障。论文主要从突发性环境污染事故概念入手,分析当前我国突发性环境污染事故应急监测的现状,进而做好突发性环境污染事故的应急监测工作。

Sudden environmental pollution accidents often have the characteristics of suddenness,uncertainty,danger and urgency.Once the emergency monitoring work is not carried out in time,it will lead to the serious development of sudden pollution accidents,which will cause more huge loss of life and property of people,it is not conducive to the stable development of society,and the social,economic and ecological benefits are difficult to be effectively guaranteed.Starting with the concept of sudden environmental pollution accidents,the paper analyzes the current situation of emergency monitoring of sudden environmental pollution accidents in China,and then completes the emergency monitoring of sudden environmental pollution accidents.
