对于高校旅游管理专业的学生来说,酒店管理实训是他们课程中不可或缺的一个部分。酒店管理实训对于旅游管理专业的学生来说是一次非常重要的实习体验,但是在实际实训过程中,却常常存在这样那样的问题,酒店管理实训模式落后,往往难以达到预期实习效果。论文围绕旅游管理专业酒店管理实训创新模式开展了分析。

For college students majoring in tourism management,hotel management practical training is an indispensable part of their curriculum.Hotel management practical training is a very important practice experience for students majoring in tourism management,but in the actual practical training process,there often exists problems,and the hotel management practical training mode is backward,and it is difficult to achieve the expected practice effect.This paper analyzes the innovative mode of hotel management practical training of tourism management specialty.
