基于对企业财务风险管理弊端和防范措施的探讨研究,论文首先从企业财务风险概述及企业风险管理中存在的主要问题两方面入手,然后与其中内容相结合,对提高企业财务风险管理效果的有效策略进行分析,得出企业需促进财务预警系统的不断健全、确保财务风险管控制度的有效完善、增强财务风险控制的意识水平以及全面提高财务人员综合素质这四点对策,希望能够为有关人士提供帮助。

Based on the research of the malpractice and preventive measures of enterprise financial risk management,firstly,the paper starts with the overview of financial risk and the main problems in enterprise risk management,and then analyzes the effective strategies to improve the effect of enterprise financial risk management in combination of its content.It is concluded that enterprises need to promote the continuous improvement of financial early warning system,ensure the effective improvement of financial risk management and control system,enhance the awareness level of financial risk control and comprehensively improve the comprehensive quality of financial personnel.It is hoped that this can provide some help for relevant personnel.
