摘要 煤矿企业属于我国传统行业,在新时期发展背景以及新的市场竞争环境下,煤矿企业要想寻求可持续发展,就需要进一步开发企业人力资源配置,激励员工的积极性和创造性,使企业人力资源配置更加规范化、合理化和科学化,充分体现以人为本的用人理念和人尽其才、才尽其用的原则。因此,论文将就煤矿企业人力资源管理工作的开发与激励进行论述。 Coal mine enterprises belong to traditional industries in China.Under the background of the development in the new era and the new market competition environment,if coal mine enterprises want to seek sustainable development,they need to further develop the human resource allocation of enterprises and encourage the enthusiasm and creativity of employees,and make the allocation of human resources in enterprises more standardized,rationalized and scientific,and fully embody the people-oriented concept of employment and the principle of making the best use of people's talents.Therefore,the paper will discuss the development and motivation of human resource management in coal mine enterprises.
