我国科创板上市企业的收益及风险分析——以“睿创微纳”为例

Analysis of the Profit and Risks of the Listed Enterprises in China's Sci-Tech Innovation Board--Taking"Raytron Technology"as the Example

如今我国设立科创板是对资本市场深化改革、促进科技创新的重要举措,对企业上市、股票发行的体制和定价制度等进行改革,以激发资本市场活力。但科创板市场存在诸多风险,论文通过CAPM模型和历史模拟法对科创板一上市企业的收益进行估量,并从股票盈利性、风险等方面进行风险分析,投资者应了解自己的风险承担能力,进行合理投资。

Nowadays,the establishment of sci-tech innovation board is an important measure to deepen the reform of capital market and promote scientific and technological innovation.Reforming the system and pricing system of enterprise listing and stock issuance can stimulate the vitality of the capital market,however,there exists many risks in the sci-tech innovation board market.In this paper,CAPM model and historical simulation method are used to estimate the profit of listed companies of sci-tech innovation board,and the risk analysis is carried out from the aspects of stock profitability and risk.Investors should understand their risk-taking ability and make reasonable investment.
