摘要
新建高压泵出口汇管高压法兰泄漏处理,管道本身没有排空阀,若排空汇管,需要对扩建的两台高压泵整个系统排空、惰化和重新冷却管道和设备,不仅经济损失较大,而且重新冷却管道和高压泵,需要2天左右时间并面临试车风险。笔者通过多次观察法兰的泄漏量,计算法兰的紧固力矩,通过HYSYS模拟液化的方法确认高压LNG法兰泄漏的决策技术依据。
The high-pressure flange at the outlet of the new high-pressure pump leaks.There is no vent valve in the pipeline itself.If the manifold is emptied,the whole system of the expanded two high-pressure pumps needs to be emptied,inerted and the pipes and equipment need to be re cooled.Not only the economic loss is large,but also the pipeline and high-pressure pump need to be re cooled for about 2 days and face the risk of test run.Through observing the leakage of flange for many times,the author calculates the tightening torque of flange,confirms the decision-making technical basis of high pressure LNG flange leakage by HYSYS simulation liquefaction method.
