摘要
锅炉是电站的重要基础设备之一。近年来伴随变电站建设规模和数量的持续增加,裂纹问题的出现在影响变电站使用效益的同时,也导致了一系列安全事故的发生,给国家和社会的整体发展造成了极为不利的影响。鉴于此,论文主要分析了锅炉裂纹的致裂因素,并对其在安装使用阶段的致裂机制进行了系统化探讨。
Boiler is one of the important basic equipment of power station.In recent years,with the continuous increase of the scale and quantity of substation construction,crack problems has not only affected the use efficiency of substation,but also led to a series of safety accidents,which has a very negative impact on the overall development of the country and society.In view of this,this paper mainly analyzes the cracking factors of boiler cracks,and systematically discusses the cracking mechanism in its installation and operation stage.
