摘要
Z企业是一家典型的中小型家族企业,具备家族企业的明显特征,其人力资源管理方面存在的问题也和企业的家族性质密切相关。这些不足已经严重影响了企业的发展。为获得持续发展,企业人力资源管理中存在的问题亟待解决。论文针对Z企业开展如何解决其薪酬及绩效管理存在的问题的研究。
Z enterprise is a typical small and medium-sized family enterprise,which has the obvious characteristics of family enterprise.The problems existing in human resources management are closely related to the family nature of the enterprise.These deficiencies have seriously affected the development of enterprises.In order to achieve sustainable development,the problems existing in human resources management of enterprises need to be solved.This paper studies how to solve the problems of salary and performance management in Z enterprise.
